You’ll team up in small groups, and together, each of you will get your biggest self-promotion challenge unstuck. About our speakersChristiana Courtright (Head of Digital, Edelman) was always known as the ‘loud girl’—but for years, she used her voice to advocate for others, not herself. She’ll share how she shifted from self-doubt to strategic self-advocacy, a mindset that took her from industry newcomer to leadership in just six years. Karlijn Marchildon (Managing Director, Edelman) knows how uncomfortable self-promotion can feel—especially in leadership. She’ll share the mindset shifts and tactics that helped her grow from brand strategist to agency lead, without losing sight of her values.
