Tired of traffic jams, plastic junk clothing, rising gas prices and destructive geopolitics? Visit the Solarcore Ritual and enter the Sun Age. This hedonistic era, in which the sun and the wind electrify your life, is ready to be rolled out. The Solarcore collective will get your imagination going by ignoring all minor practical and financial hurdles. They are already letting you experience what it is like to have the energy of a star!Filmmaker and inventor Aram de Groot welcomes you in the pataphyisical dream world he created in collaboration with strange improvised automata. You can become part of a magnificent vision of the future. Electronic duo Big Hare will enhance this experience with a musical ritual. They will sing for you their dance anthems full of astrological riddles, hedonistic dolphins and solar-powered UFOs! Your happiness will be BIG!The evening will culminate with a DJ set by philosopher and eco-populist Chris Julien. Agenda

Big Hare (Luuk Ottenhof and Tim Fraanje) looks beyond bleak reality toward magical and spiritual insights. Their new album features hymns for their solar cult, which envisions a hedonistic paradise after the energy transition—a future where we communicate with dolphins and dream of solar-powered space travel.
Director Aram de Groot specializes in filming inanimate objects. His Solarcore video-installation draws inspiration from Pataphysica, the "science of imaginary solutions." His Solarcore Machine, created with makeshift automata built from consumer waste, creates a self-portrait while motivating itself with Big Hare's words: "you can have the energy of a star..." This machine exists solely to dream and desire the Sun's power.
