<h1>unlocking the will to act</h1><p>The importance of trust is obvious — it’s the elemental force that allows people, communities, and organizations to flourish. Today, more than ever, trust is an essential asset to help foster collaboration, deepen teamwork, drive engagement, and help individuals and organizations manage the never-ending process of change. When trust is present, people step forward to work together.</p>

<h2>Leadership: at the forefront of learning </h2><p>After more than <em>20 years of working in organizational transformation</em>, we’ve synthesized our learnings into a proven and effective leadership program—Soul driven leadership. <em>Hundreds of people </em>have embarked on the learning journey to become agents of change inside their organizations.</p><p>We teach leaders how to create an environment where trust in one another is the status quo. <strong>Agents of change</strong> help create the capacity for learning within their organizations. In turn, these participants help create communities in which the powers of the human spirit have room to love, learn, and cooperate, and are encouraged and honored.</p>

<h2>course 2: hope, unlocking the will to act</h2><p>Soul driven leadership is a capacity building program. It helps participants unlock their potential to transform their organisation into a community where impassioned people stretch, learn, and continue to grow together. The second step of that journey is a 3-day course in which participants enhance their abilities to unlock the will to act within their organisation. The main capacities we cover are:</p><ul><li><strong>reading reality</strong> and act accordingly</li><li>to <strong>learn systematically</strong> as a group</li><li>learn to understand and <strong>respond to resistance</strong> to change</li><li>to <strong>address major hurdles</strong> preventing transformation</li><li>learn <strong>to see potential  </strong>in others and<strong> </strong> your organisation (i.e. strengthening your vision)</li></ul><p><strong>Concepts of which we will develop a deeper understanding are:</strong></p><ul><li>organisations as community</li><li>building an environment of trust</li><li>the meaning of individual and organisational purpose</li><li>capacity building for the individual</li></ul><h2>Soul-driven leadership</h2><h2>is definitely for you, if:</h2><ul><li>you wish to affect your organisation for the better.</li><li>you are willing to develop a learning organisation.</li><li>you are ready to integrate new leadership qualities in real life situations at work.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Times:</strong></p><p>We will work each day in 2 slots: 09:00-12:00 and 14:00-16:00. The break between the slots will be free.
