Book 1: trust, reshaping the world

Soul driven leadership is a capacity building program. It helps participants unlock their potential to transform their organization into a community where impassioned people stretch, learn, and continue to grow together. The first step of that journey is a 2-day course in which participants enhance their abilities to create an environment of trust. The main capacities we cover are:

listening to others
engaging in with each other in meaningful conversations.
reflecting on our words and actions

Concepts of which we will develop a deeper understanding are:

the meaning of individual and organizational purpose
capacity building for the individual

The first two days of the course entail the basic training for Soul-driven leadership. Additionally, you can enrol for the third day of training: the Agents of Change accreditation training. This training prepares you to facilitate learning groups inside your organisation, based upon the material developed by soul.com.
