Leadership: at the forefront of learning

After more than 20 years of working in organizational transformation, we’ve synthesized our learnings into a proven and effective leadership program—Soul driven leadership. Hundreds of people have embarked on the learning journey to become agents of change inside their organizations.

We teach leaders how to create an environment where trust in one another is the status quo. Agents of change help create the capacity for learning within their organizations. In turn, these participants help create communities in which the powers of the human spirit have room to love, learn, and cooperate, and are encouraged and honored.

Course 1: trust, reshaping the world

Soul driven leadership is a capacity building program. It helps participants unlock their potential to transform their organization into a community where impassioned people stretch, learn, and continue to grow together. The first step of that journey is a 3-day course in which participants enhance their abilities to create an environment of trust. The main capacities we cover are:

• listening to others
• engaging in meaningful conversations with each other.
• reflecting on our words and actions

Concepts of which we will develop a deeper understanding are:

• organisations as community
• building an environment of trust
• the meaning of individual and organisational purpose
• capacity building for the individual

Soul-driven leadership

is definitely for you, if:

• you wish to affect your organization for the better.
• you are willing to develop a learning organisation.
• you are ready to integrate new leadership qualities in real life situations at work.

Times:

We will work each day in 2 slots: 09:00-12:00 and 14:00-15:30. The break between the slots will be free. We encourage you to take this time to relax and stay in the “mindset” of Soul-driven Leadership.

course 2: hope, unlocking the will to act Nov. 25-27th

The second step of the journey is also a 3-day course in which participants enhance their abilities to unlock the will to act within their organisation. The main capacities we cover are:

• reading reality and act accordingly
• to learn systematically as a group
• learn to understand and respond to resistance to change
• to address major hurdles preventing transformation
• learn to see potential in others and your organisation (i.e. strengthening your vision)

Concepts of which we will develop a deeper understanding are:

• the meaning of individual and organisational purpose
• capacity building for the individual
