For the Soul Lingua Halloween Templars Night Evgenia will create a site-specific art show, inspired by the history and philosophy of Templars, drawing on sacred geometry, language, the magic of the written word and the mystical power of nature. She will read poetry from her first artist's book 'Do we have a common language?' and offer a special art journey for those who want to dive deeper into the mystery of the art process. Evgenia Emets is a multidisciplinary artist and a poet passionate about working with forests, ecology, biodiversity and community through her visual works, poetry, installation, performance and forest art. The Eternal Forest project which she started in 2018, marks a transition towards a focus on ecology in her art. Evgenia’s visual works and artists’ books of poetry are in museums, libraries: the British Library, National Poetry Library London, Gulbenkian Art Library, and private collections in Russia, the UK, Europe and Japan.
