SOUN HEALING & PAINTING: A SENSE WORKSHOP

You’re warmly invited to an evening of sound, color, and flow.

Together we will experience an open meditative state through sound healing immersion and intuitive painting!

Starting with gentle exercises to connect our awareness to the present, the senses and our bodies, we will be accompanied by the tones of crystal and Tibetan bowls, that create an acoustic field for focus and stillness.

Our attention will then shift to paper, where sound becomes mark and texture through intuition and imagination.

Moving between perception and expression, the evening invites observation and presence; a space to reconnect with our inner rhythm.

This session is for you if you would like to experience a safe, welcoming atmosphere where to find guidance, reflection and intuition through dedicated practitioners.

At the end, there will be time for a cup of tea, and for sharing our insights and thoughts.

More About the practices:

Intuitive Painting: is the practice of using free-form painting with specific guidance and prompts to get in touch with the inner voice, and express the subconscious in a providedd safe seting. It can be a powerful tool to unblock emotions, restore a sense of playfulness and come in touch with the inner child.

Sound Healing: is the practice of using resonant sounds and frequencies to generate meditate states and open up channels throughout the body. It is a gentle practice, with subtle yet powerful benefits such as: conneting to creativity and intuition, resolving tension, deep rest and relaxation, clarity, and many more.
