You’ll awaken feeling deeply relaxed, restored, and at peace.. Did you know that every note corresponds to a chakra? The seven chakras are the main energy centers of the body. Chakra translates to "wheel" in Sanskrit, and you can imagine them like wheels of free-flowing energy. When all of our chakras are open, energy can run through them freely, and harmony exists between the physical body, mind, and spirit. You'll be attuned with nature through sound by listening to Irem's Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls tuned to 432Hz. This frequency corresponds with the Schumann Resonance, the frequency of the Earth! She teaches yoga, meditation, breathwork and mindfulness to individuals, companies and organisations, and offers business &amp; marketing mentorship to healers, teachers and students. Irem uses Crystal Alchemy Bowls for healing through sacred sound vibration.
