During this 90-min ceremony we will explore & balance your energy centers and bring equilibrium to your whole being. You’ll awaken feeling deeply relaxed, restored, and at peace..

Did you know that every note corresponds to a chakra? The seven chakras are the main energy centers of the body. Chakra translates to "wheel" in Sanskrit, and you can imagine them like wheels of free-flowing energy. When all of our chakras are open, energy can run through them freely, and harmony exists between the physical body, mind, and spirit. You'll be attuned with nature through sound by listening to Irem's Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls tuned to 432Hz. This frequency corresponds with the Schumann Resonance, the frequency of the Earth! When you listen to this frequency, it helps you to feel grounded and calm as you come into harmony with nature and the universe as a whole.

What to expect

• During this workshop we'll explore the 7 chakras and set soulful intentions with a short meditation
• A moment to journal and write down your intentions
• Free spirit movement meditation to connect to your body and allow the energy to begin to flow
• You'll lay back and relax to embark on a journey within
• A soothing meditative sound bath experience with one of a kind Crystal Alchemy bowls

What you need for this experience:

• A journal/paper & pen to write down your intentions
• An eye mask or eye pillow is a nice touch!
• Bring along your favorite crystals to be blessed and charged
• Dress comfortably and come ready to relax!

Irem is an international Yoga Teacher and Sound Healer based in Amsterdam. She teaches yoga, meditation, breathwork and mindfulness to individuals, companies and organisations, and offers business & marketing mentorship to healers, teachers and students.
