Enjoy a free meal and special concert with your neigbours that is co-created with the audience - share your stories and be transported as our talented local musicians transform them into musical pieces

Saturday, March 23rd from 14:00-16:00, we present another edition of our series, Sounds of the Center: music, stories, and food.Come and enjoy a free meal* with your neighbours and a special concert that is co-created with the audience - share your personal stories and be transported as our talented local musicians spontaneously transform your tales into enchanting musical pieces.Your stories are welcome to be shared in the following languages: English, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese.Chieko Donker Duyvis (cellist, vocalist, composer) and Eve Matin (harpist, composer) will perform for the occasion, creating dream-like soundscapes to accompany the storytelling and shape words into sounds.This event is a collaboration with the Prostitution Information Centre, a key location within de Wallen neighbourhood, providing support and information to sex workers as well as an open space where everyone can come in to ask questions, look around, read books or simply enjoy a cup of coffee.*vegetarian options availableSuggested donation (€10), space is limited2pm-4pmProstitution Information Centre, Enge Kerksteeg 3Access: Building has two steps to enter//Op zaterdag 22 maart van 14:00 tot 16:00 vindt een nieuwe editie van onze reeks Binnenstadse Klanken: muziek, verhalen en eten plaats. Kom genieten van een gratis maaltijd* met je buren en een speciaal concert dat samen met het publiek wordt gecreëerd. Deel je persoonlijke verhalen en laat je meevoeren terwijl onze getalenteerde lokale muzikanten je verhalen spontaan omzetten in betoverende muziekstukken. Chieko Donker Duyvis (cellist, zangeres, componist) en Eve Matin (harpiste, componist) zullen optreden tijdens de gelegenheid, waarbij ze droomachtige geluidslandschappen creëren om de verhalen te begeleiden en woorden om te vormen tot klanken.Je verhalen zijn welkom om gedeeld te worden in de volgende talen: Engels, Nederlands, Spaans, Portugees, Japans.Dit evenement is een samenwerking met het Prostitutie Informatie Centrum, een belangrijke locatie in de Wallenbuurt, waar ondersteuning en informatie wordt geboden aan sekswerkers, evenals een open ruimte waar iedereen binnen kan komen om vragen te stellen, rond te kijken, boeken te lezen of gewoon van een kopje koffie te genieten.*vegan opties mogelijk Gesuggereerde donatie (€10), ruimte beperkt14:00-16:00Prostitution Information Centre, Enge Kerksteeg 3Ingang heeft twee treden
