Sowing The Future - Spring Equinox

A reflective and playful workshop that helps you step into the new season with intention, connection, and growth.

The earth is turning.

The light is returning.

Something in us is ready to begin again.

This Spring Equinox, we gather to root our intentions into the earth and into ourselves; mind, body, and soul.

Inspired by the spirit of Nowruz, the Persian and Kurdish New Year, this collaborative workshop is guided by Parnian (Counselor and Coach) and Yasmin (Art Therapist). Hosted by GroenGoed at one of their Oases in Rotterdam.

Blending reflective guidance, embodied practice, and community-based creative expression, we will:

• Reflect on what is ready to emerge this season

• Explore gentle movement and embodied awareness

• Engage in creative practice for empowerment and connection from the inside out

• Plant seeds as a ritual of intention

This space is for anyone longing to pause, reconnect, and begin again.
