It's time to break down those barriers to your career progression. In these intimate group sessions, you make a brief presentation of your challenge. A proven, facilitated process, helps you to tap into the collective wisdom of your group to discover potential solutions. More importantly, your small network of supporters will fuel your confidence to be focused and act with new clarity of thought. The perspective of peers with similar issues and experiences – “what would I do if I was in your shoes” – is a forgotten model that has been used in wisdom traditions for thousands of years, and can help you boost your career.

The Peer Consulting Circles will be professionally facilitated by Yvonne Scher, Professional Coach and business executive. If you have never taken part in peer-based action learning formats, then here’s a brief description about how they work: The group is limited to 4- 8 people at similar levels of seniority to provide sufficiently insightful solutions. The set-up, planning and preparation is quite simple: there will be 3 virtual sessions, each lasting 2 hours . There is no preparation upfront except for having a challenge or question that you would value peer-based advice on. The process is structured in a way whereby everyone’s personal challenge is addressed in a safe and confidential environment. You will gain insights on your own issue, whilst also getting insights from potential solutions for other people’s challenges. The outcome is a clear list of follow-up actions that allow you to excel in your success, helping you move through issues that you previously experienced as obstacles.

Your ticket is valid for ONE SERIES of the sessions. You can choose between the Monday sessions of 24th January, 22nd February and 15th March OR the Tuesday sessions of 18th January, 15th February, and 8th March.
