Albert James will contribute the family business research perspective, examining how family functioning shapes outcomes such as continuity, performance, governance, and succession.This conversation will bridge perspectives from family therapy and family business research to foster a deeper understanding of the family behind the business and its importance in sustaining successful family enterprises.
