Whether you're a beginner or already a fermentation fan, this hands-on workshop is designed to be fun, interactive, and welcoming for all levels.

What you'll learn:

You’ll discover the full kimchi-making process from preparing fresh napa cabbage to mixing the perfect chili paste and balancing flavors. 🌶️

By the end of the workshop, you’ll know how to:
• Prepare and season vegetables for fermentation
• Make traditional kimchi chili paste
• Customize flavor and spice levels
• Pack and care for your kimchi at home

You’ll leave with your own 2kg jar of handmade kimchi to continue fermenting at home. 🥬✨

🫙 Fermentation jar, participants are kindly asked to bring their own jar.

👩🍳 About the Host:

Hi, I’m Anindya.

I’m passionate about everything food-related, cooking, fermenting, growing, foraging, eating, and even watching mukbang videos. Kimchi is so fun to make, incredibly healthy, and honestly… it goes with everything.

What started as sharing jars of kimchi with friends soon grew into hosting monthly workshops that bring people together from all across the Netherlands. Now I’m excited to bring that same kimchi love to The Mingle Table and share it with you.
