Join us to explore your inner world as a community. Every Sunday we create a safe space to journal together, where you can quiet your mind, connect with your heart, and set empowered intentions for the week ahead. <h3>What to expect</h3>Beginning: Each call begins with a little chit-chat as we wait for people to join. Then the session will officially start with free-flow journaling - an unstructured form of journaling designed to help you release what's on your mind.Middle: We will arrive in a heart-centred space through a short breathing exercise. This allows for a dialogue to open between our hearts and minds. An intuitive question will be offered into the group, for you to reflect on and inquire into.End: We will close the practice by setting two intentions for the week ahead: a doing-based intention and a being-based intention.
