Creative Friday Morning: Handbuilding with Clay
Start your Friday with your hands in clay and a smile on your face! This workshop is all about having fun, trying something new, and letting your creativity flow. No experience needed—absolute beginners are warmly welcome.
You’ll get to handbuild your very own ceramic piece: will it be a cozy tea cup, a lovely bowl, or a charming little vase? The choice is yours! With some simple techniques and lots of encouragement, you’ll surprise yourself with what you can create.
We’ll be gathering in the ceramist’s light-filled studio, nestled in a beautiful garden—a warm and creative setting to relax and enjoy the process. Coffee and tea will be provided.
After the session, your piece will be carefully dried, fired, and glazed by the ceramist, so all you have to do is come back later to pick up your finished treasure. Want to try glazing yourself? You’ll hear more about how to join a separate glazing session during the workshop.
