How do I join the session?

After you sign up, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite with your Zoom link.
Eventbrite will also send automatic reminder emails (3 days before and again on the day of the event), so you’ll always have the link handy.
Just click it at the start time to join

What do I need to prepare?

Accepted Answer

Nothing special. Just a quiet space and a comfortable place to sit.
Many sessions include a short journalling moment, so it can be helpful to have a pen and paper nearby.
A cup of tea is always welcome too.

Do I need any experience to join?

Accepted Answer

No. These sessions are open to everyone — whether you’re completely new to this kind of inner work or already familiar with yoga, meditation, or mindfulness. You simply come as you are.

Is this a yoga class?

Accepted Answer

Not exactly. These monthly meetings blend teaching, guided practice, presence work, and reflection. There may be gentle embodied awareness, but it’s not a physical yoga class.

Will there be space to ask questions?

Yes. There is always room for sharing or asking questions at the end, though participation is completely optional.

I feel quite overwhelmed lately. Is this suitable for me?

Yes — especially if you’re overwhelmed. These sessions are designed to help you slow down, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with a deeper sense of truth and calm.

Question 7

What does “donation-based” mean?

Accepted Answer

It means you choose what you pay.
There is a suggested minimum donation of €5, and anything above that helps support the work and makes it possible for others with fewer resources to join as well.
Give what feels good and aligned for you — everyone is welcome.

Do I have to be on camera?

Accepted Answer

No. You’re free to have your camera on or off. You can participate quietly, visibly, or anywhere in between.

12. Can I join from anywhere in the world?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It’s fully online via Zoom. Please check your local time zone to ensure you join live if you’d like.

Will there be a replay?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A recording is included and available for 30 days, so you can revisit the teachings or join even if you can’t attend live.
