About this event
Join us for an end-of-summer BBQ picnic to celebrate our garden’s bountiful harvest and think together about how we can get active for the climate. Let’s remember; it’s the only planet we know of that has potato chips 😃
We’ll fire up the grills, harvest some veggies from the garden, and reconnect with new and old Climate Garden members. Whether you have attended a Climate Garden meetup before or not, you are welcome to join! It’ll be a fun opportunity to meet others interested in climate.
This meetup has no set agenda - we just hope to connect and have some nice conversations with other interested people.
What to Expect:
Food: We will have a BBQ with rescued food and harvest from the Garden.
What to bring:
Please bring your own drinks
If you feel inspired at the moment, bring an idea or wish for a community-based climate solution to share with the group!
About the Meetup place:
The Kaskantine is still under construction, so we don't have an inside space that we can use yet!
The meetup will be in the garden.
