The session will run for 2 hours. That’s plenty of time to get clear on your priorities, set focused goals, and create real momentum—but you may find you want to keep going afterwards! Expect to leave with renewed energy and the clarity to take inspired action straight away.

Do I need to prepare anything

You don’t need to prepare—just bring a pen, paper, and an open mind. If you benefit from reflecting ahead, you’re welcome to think about what’s gone well (or not) this year, what you'd like to be different, and the intentions you want to set for the next few months.

What if I can't make it live?

If you sign up but can’t attend live, you’ll receive a replay of the session within 48 hours. You can then work through it in your own time, at your own pace.

I’ll review your reflections beforehand so we can dive straight into personalised support to deepen your insights, refine your goals, and create real momentum.
