Cleanse your mind, body, and soul with a healing Sound Bath with more than 14 instruments guided by sound practitioners Irem Tucaltan and Agata Malczewska! Prepare to lay. back, relax and allow the sound waves to wash away stuck energy, any blockages and enjoy deep relaxation, creativity & inspiration, and experience inner peace.

You'll go on a shamanic journey with Agata's drums and be attuned with nature through sound by listening to Irem's Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls tuned to 432Hz. This frequency corresponds with the Schumann Resonance, the frequency of the Earth! When you listen to this frequency, it helps you to feel grounded and calm as you come into harmony with nature and the universe as a whole.

What to expect

• A short meditation & breathing exercise, followed by some gentle free movement
• A moment to journal and write down your intentions
• You'll lay back and relax to embark on a journey within
• Reflective journaling & sharing circle after the sound bath

What you need for this experience:

• A journal/paper & pen
• An eye mask or eye pillow is a nice touch!
• Bring along your favorite crystals to be recharged
• Dress comfortably, bring a blanket or a cozy sweater and come ready to relax!

About Irem

Irem is an international Yoga Teacher and Sound Healer based in Amsterdam. She teaches yoga, meditation, breathwork and mindfulness to individuals, companies and organisations, and offers business & marketing mentorship to healers, teachers and students. Irem uses Crystal Alchemy Bowls for healing through sacred sound vibration. She's a mentor & masterclass teacher at The Sound Healer's Academy and the creator of Introduction to Sound Healing & Crystal Alchemy Bowls training. Agata is a Sound therapist, Medicine Woman, Ayurvedic massage therapist & Ayurvedic therapist. She is a founder of Agata Wholistic Touch. She works with voice, body & sound, offering reconnect with your voice workshops, sound bath sessions and ceremonies (cacao, sacred tobacco rapé and magic truffles) to the groups, 1-1 and companies.
