Join us at 7:30pm GMT each Sunday as we gather in warm companionship to quiet the noise of the outer world and attune to the guiding whispers of our inner compass.
Through the simple yet profound act of putting pen to paper, we create a collective container for reflection, revelation, and renewed intention. Whether you're a seasoned journal keeper or just beginning your journey with the written word, you'll find a welcoming space to pause, reflect, and connect.
What to expect
Setting the space (10 minutes)
We begin in friendly congregation, warmly welcoming people as they arrive. As we settle in, we'll engage in free-flow journaling—a liberating practice that helps clear mental clutter and create space for deeper insight.
Heart-centred inquiry (10 minutes)
From this cleared space, an intuitive prompt will be offered into our circle. This question becomes our compass point, guiding us into meaningful self-inquiry and creative expression.
Calibrating for the week ahead (10 minutes)
We close our practice by setting for the week ahead:
- A 'doing' intention to guide our actions
- A 'being' intention to shape our presence
Sharing and integrating (10 minutes)
Before we part, there's space for those who feel called to share their insights. This allows people to share a little piece of their inner world with others, which can be a powerful way to release and integrate experiences.
