Join SAṂSĀRA BY SONAM every Sunday morning from April to September 2026 for a soulful outdoor yoga practice in the beautiful Oosthoutpark.There is no better way to welcome the weekend than by moving your body in the fresh air and connecting with a like-minded community.​Our sessions focus on the authentic roots of Haṭha Yoga, balancing traditional Āsana (postures) and Prāṇāyāma (breathwork) to leave you feeling steady, energized, and clear-headed.The Gezellig Factor​The Dutch summers can be crisp! To ensure a truly restful Śavāsana (final relaxation), we encourage you to bring:<ul><li>​Yoga mat</li><li>Towel</li><li>Water</li><li>Warm layers (a hoodie or a small blanket) to snuggle into at the end.</li></ul>Details<ul><li>​When: Every Sunday (April – September)</li><li>​Time: 8:00 – 9:30 AM</li><li>​Location: Oosthoutpark, Voorhout</li><li>​Investment: be an early bird and grab the 2-for-1 deal for €10 per session</li></ul>Weather PolicySince we are practicing under the open sky, our sessions are weather-dependent. If the Dutch weather doesn't permit (heavy rain or high winds), the class will be cancelled.​Check before you go: Cancellation updates will be posted on our WhatsApp group by 7:00 AM on the morning of the class.Let’s breathe, move, and grow together this season.
