NEDERLANDS - WEDSTRIJDREGLEMENTSwapfiets 'm d'r in 2025Wedstrijdreglement voor deelnemers aan het door ACLO Groningen te organiseren evenement.Het spel1. De deelnemers zullen proberen, gezeten op een fiets, een wedstrijdtraject van 70cm breed met een versmalling van 40cm zo snel mogelijk af te leggen.2. Deelnemers kunnen meedoen in de categorie snelheid, originaliteit of beide. In tegenstelling tot de originele versie van Fiets 'm d’r in is het niet toegestaan om een volledige constructie om de fiets te bouwen. Voor de originaliteitscategorie ligt de focus volledig op de outfit of het thema, en niet op het ontwerp van de fiets. Een jury beoordeelt de deelnemers.3. Fietsen die tijdens het afleggen van het traject omslaan of in het water geraken worden van officiële classificatie van snelheid uitgesloten.4. De start van de officiële tijdwaarneming wordt aangegeven door middel van een startsein en eindigt door middel van automatische tijdwaarneming.5. Er zijn prijzen voor snelheid, de meest originele outfit en er is een Pechprijs. Fiets6. De fietsen moeten aan de volgende specificaties voldoen:Minimaal aantal wielen : 2Maximale breedte van de fiets : 1,50 meter(LET DAAR BIJ OP DE VERSMALLING VAN 35CM BREDE BAAN)Maximaal aantal inzittenden : 27. De fiets moet met menselijke kracht worden voortbewogen en het is niet toegestaan dat deelnemers tijdens het afleggen van het wedstrijdtraject met de voeten de baan aanraken, of dat de fiets tijdens het wedstrijdtraject in contact komt met het water.8. Zgn. koprolconstructies zijn niet toegestaan.9. Het is deelnemers verboden gebruik te maken van middelen onder druk. Daaronder verstaan wij o.a. oliedruk, veren onder spanning of persdruk flessen.10. Er mag geen gebruik worden gemaakt van verfbommen, vuurpijlen of andere milieubelastende en/of mogelijk anderszins schadeveroorzakende stoffen.11. Er mogen zich geen scherpe, puntige of losse voorwerpen cq onderdelen aan de fiets bevinden. Alles dient vastgemaakt te zijn aan de fiets, losse onderdelen mogen niet in het water belanden. De wedstrijdbaan12. Het wedstrijdtraject bevindt zich ongeveer 30cm boven het water en heeft een totale lengte van ongeveer 30 meter (exclusief start- en finishplatform). Het startplatform bevindt zich op de kade, het finishplatform bevindt zich op het water. Het startplatform is ongeveer 50 centimeter hoger gelegen dan het finishplatform.De eerste 3 meter vanaf de start loopt van 2,5 meter breed naar ongeveer 70 centimeter breed, de volgende 7,5 meter blijft 70 cm breed. Dan volgt er een gedeelte van 12 meter dat maar ongeveer 35 cm breed is, vervolgens is het traject over een lengte van 7,5 meter weer 70 cm breed met tot slot het finish platform.Er is een wip/wap aanwezig die op de baan kan worden geplaatst. Deelnemers geven vooraf aan of ze deze wel of niet op de baan bevestigd willen zien. Algemene regels13. De fiets van de deelnemers wordt voorafgaande aan de wedstrijd technisch gekeurd, waarbij streng gelet wordt op naleving van de reglementen.Aanwijzingen van de wedstrijdleiding betreffende eventuele aanpassing van de fiets dienen te allen tijde te worden opgevolgd.Het staat de wedstrijdleiding te allen tijde vrij om de deelnemers om haar motiverende redenen uit te sluiten van deelname aan de wedstrijd.14. De deelnemers mogen op het evenementendag niet jonger zijn dan 17 jaar.15. Deelnemers die onder invloed verkeren van alcohol, drugs of andere geestverruimende stoffen worden uitgesloten van deelname.16. De deelnemers dienen zich op de evenementendag te melden bij deDeelnemersregistratie op het tijdstip dat vooraf schriftelijk aan hen is medegedeeld.17. De deelnemers dienen zelf zorg te dragen voor eventueel afdekzeil voor de fiets, indien dit nodig zou zijn vanwege de regen.18. De deelnemers zijn verplicht schoenen te dragen tijdens hun deelname.19. Iedere deelnemer is verplicht een helm te dragen.Deze zijn ook aanwezig bij de start en gelieve zsm terug te brengen naar de start.Let op: Een integraalhelm is te allen tijde verboden.20. Elke fiets dient voorzien te zijn van een drijver die door middel van een 2 meter lange touw bevestigd is aan de fiets. Deze drijver dient door de deelnemers zelf geregeld te worden. Dit kan bijvoorbeeld een lege jerrycan met dop zijn. Juridische zaken21. De wedstrijdleiding behoudt zich het recht voor inschrijvende teams/deelnemers uit te sluiten van deelname.De interpretatie van het wedstrijdreglement is uitsluitend voorbehouden aan de wedstrijdleiding. Onder wedstrijdleiding wordt verstaan de ACLO te Groningen alsmede de organisatoren van Swapfiets 'm d'r in.22. De wedstrijdleiding behoudt zich het recht voor om het evenement naar een later tijdstip te verplaatsen of het evenement te annuleren.23. De ACLO en de organiserende partij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor enige schade van welke aard dan ook die voortvloeit uit deelname aan het evenement ‘Swapfiets 'm d’r in’, tenzij sprake is van opzet of grove nalatigheid van de organisatie. Deelnemers doen mee voor eigen rekening en risico.24. Deelnemers zijn aansprakelijk voor de door hen dan wel als gevolg van hun deelname veroorzaakte schade (zoals maar niet beperkt tot door hun fiets of gebruikte materialen veroorzaakte schade).25. Het is de ACLO te Groningen en de desbetreffende organisatie te allen tijde toegestaan dit wedstrijdreglement wijzigen.26. Door ondertekening van het inschrijfformulier verklaren deelnemers het wedstrijdreglement te hebben ontvangen en van de inhoud kennis genomen te hebben en daarmee onvoorwaardelijk akkoord te gaan.27. De Deelnemers zullen ná het verlaten van de baan zelf zorgdragen voor het opruimen van hun fiets alsmede de reststukken.28. Bij deelname aan Swapfiets m dr in MOET elk teamlid persoonlijk in bezit zijn van een zwemdiploma. De verschillende teamleden die op de evenementendag aan de start zullen verschijnen en op de fiets zullen plaatsnemen hebben het wedstrijdreglementgelezen en de verklaring voor akkoord ondertekend bij de deelnemersregistratie. Hierdoor geven de teamleden eveneens aan met de inhoud van het (aangehechte) wedstrijdreglement bekend te zijn en hiermee akkoord te zijn. ENGELS - COMPETITION RULESSwapfiets 'm d’r in 2025Competition rules for participants of the event organized by ACLO Groningen. The Challenge1. Participants will attempt to complete a course—while seated on a bicycle—as fast as possible. The course has a width of 70 cm with a narrowing section of 40 cm.2. Participants can compete in the speed category, the originality category, or both. Unlike the original version of Fiets 'm d’r in, it is not allowed to build a full construction around your bike. For the originality category, the focus is entirely on your outfit or theme, not on the bike design. A jury will evaluate the participants.3. Bicycles that tip over or fall into the water during the attempt will be disqualified from official speed classification.4. Official timing starts with a start signal and ends via automated timing.5. Prizes will be awarded for speed, most original outfit, and a ‘Bad Luck’ prize. The Bicycle 6. Bicycles must meet the following specifications: minimum number of wheels: 2; maximum width of the bicycle: 1.50 meters (note: there is a narrowing section of only 35 cm in the course); maximum number of riders: 2. 7. The bicycle must be powered by human effort only. Participants may not touch the course with their feet during the attempt, and the bicycle may not come into contact with the water. 8. So-called somersault or flip constructions are not allowed. 9. The use of pressurized systems is strictly prohibited. This includes hydraulic pressure, tensioned springs, or pressurized bottles. 10. The use of paint bombs, fireworks, or any environmentally harmful or otherwise damaging substances is not allowed. 11. No sharp, pointed, or loose objects or parts may be attached to the bicycle. All components must be securely fastened, and no items may fall into the water. The Course 12. The course is located approximately 30 cm above the water and is about 30 meters long (excluding the start and finish platforms). The start platform is on the dock and is about 50 cm higher than the finish platform, which is located on the water. The first 3 meters of the course narrow from 2.5 meters to 70 cm, followed by 7.5 meters at 70 cm width. Then comes a section of 12 meters at approximately 35 cm width. The final 7.5 meters return to 70 cm width, ending at the finish platform. A seesaw obstacle may be placed on the course. Participants must indicate in advance whether they want this obstacle to be included or not.General Rules 13. All bicycles will undergo a technical inspection before the event. Compliance with the rules will be strictly checked. Instructions from the competition organizers regarding any necessary adjustments must be followed at all times. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant at their discretion. 14. Participants must be at least 17 years old on the day of the event. 15. Participants under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances will be disqualified. 16. Participants must report to the registration desk at the time communicated to them in advance. 17. Participants are responsible for bringing a cover (e.g., tarp) for their bicycle in case of rain. 18. Participants are required to wear shoes during their run. 19. Each participant must wear a helmet. Helmets will be available at the starting area and must be returned promptly after use. Note: Full-face helmets are strictly prohibited. 20. Every bicycle must be equipped with a floatation device attached with a 2-meter rope. Participants must provide this themselves. For example: a sealed empty jerrycan can be used as a floater. Legal Matters 21. The event organizers reserve the right to exclude any team or participant from the competition. Interpretation of the rules rests solely with the organizers, defined as ACLO Groningen and the organizing team of Swapfiets 'm d’r in. 22. The organizers reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event. 23. ACLO and the organizing party are not liable for any damage of any kind arising from participation in the event ‘Swapfiets 'm d’r in’, unless caused by intent or gross negligence. Participation is entirely at one’s own risk. 24. Participants are liable for any damage they cause directly or indirectly, including but not limited to damage caused by their bicycle or materials used. 25. ACLO Groningen and the organizing team reserve the right to amend these competition rules at any time. 26. By signing the registration form, participants declare that they have received, understood, and unconditionally accepted the rules. 27. After leaving the course, participants are responsible for cleaning up their bicycle and any debris. 28. Every team member who will ride during the event must personally hold a swimming certificate.All riders appearing at the start on the day of the event confirm that they have read the competition rules and signed a declaration of agreement at the registration desk. By doing so, team members acknowledge and agree to the content of the attached competition rules.Extra Information Participants must report at the time stated in the written confirmation for bike inspection. The competition starts at 13:00. Prizes will be awarded per category at 16:00. Want to surprise the audience during your run or at the start platform?
