About this event
Often described as "meditation in motion, this gentle form of exercise helps maintain strength, flexibility, and balance. The slow, continuous and flowing movements promote even respiration, and relaxation leading to feelings of being grounded, centred, relaxed, calm and at ease.
This session includes breathing techniques, tai chi, faster exercises and mindfulness:
Breathing technique + Face Massage
Tai CHi moves
Qi gong tapping
Breathing
Note: Participant video needs to be on for the entire session. Please join few minutes early so we can start on time. The meeting will be locked 5 minutes after start time.
