Voices that have long been underrepresented are not only claiming space — they are redefining what stories are told, how they are financed and who gets to tell them.The panel will also address opportunities and challenges for filmmakers based in the Netherlands. How can Dutch creators collaborate more equitably with partners from the Global South? What structural barriers still exist in funding, distribution and representation?
