About the Book
'Fundamentally' is a darkly comedic novel about Nadia Amin, a British-Asian academic who escapes heartbreak and an overbearing mother by taking a United Nations job in Iraq. Tasked with rehabilitating former ISIS brides, Nadia forms a bond with an irreverent East Londoner and is forced to confront her own religious upbringing.
