You had a good idea, but didn’t share it. Someone else did – with more confidence. Sound familiar? In this TEDx Salon session, Jennifer M. Olson, founder of The Reinvention Room, introduces The Confidence Loop: a simple model that explains how confidence develops and how small shifts in language and posture can make a big difference.

Through a short talk and guided discussion, participants will reflect on how confidence is shaped in everyday moments. How can you use your words and presence to come across more powerfully? What holds you back – and how can you change that?

The programme lasts around two hours and ends with a relaxed networking moment over drinks. An invitation to reflect, share, and connect.
