NAC 2026 (Nederlandse Astronomen Conferentie)

NAC 2026

This is the registration page for the NAC 2026, to be held in Hotel Zuiderduin on May 11-13

INSTRUCTIONS:
- For the following institutes, bulk payments have been arranged. Any person affiliated with one of these institutions, please select the relevant institute ticket, and also indicate your KNA-RNAS membership or student status.

* University of Gent
* Rijksuniversiteit Groningen

- Members of the KNA-RNAS receive a discount. Please indicate your KNA-RNAS membership with the ticketing. If you wish to become a member, please indicate this. The same discount will be applied.

- Both double and single rooms are available. Double rooms are shared with another attendant.
-- If a double room is preferred, please provide the name of the other attendee.
-- If an external person (i.e. non-attendee) is wanted for a double room occupancy, please indicate 'external'. External people in double rooms are on an attendees own cost.
-- Please contact evenementen@zuiderduin.nl directly in the case of external occupants and provide the reference NAC 2026
-- A reduced rate is available for rooms on Sunday-Monday (10-11 May) and Wednesday-Thursday (13-14 May). Please also contact Hotel Zuiderduin through evenementen@zuiderduin.nl to inquire.

- Students discount applies for PhD and MSc students.

- Day tickets are available at 100 Euro. No student or KNA-RNAS discounts can be claimed on day tickets.

- A full conference attendance ticket includes the two dinners on the monday and tuesday evenings. Day tickets do not include evening dinners.

- Please indicate any allergies you might possess (lactose, nuts). The organisation aims to provide sufficient vegan and vegetarian options, and as such it is not necessary to indicate these.
