During this edition of Personal Development Talks Amsterdam we will examine the effect of exposure to negative media messages on our wellbeing, and discuss psychological strategies we can apply to cope with the effect of news in our daily lives. We will brainstorm about ways to cope and contribute to making the world a better place instead of getting drawn into the world of negativity.
