The Brainfreeze Club, December 17 - End of the year special

We’re The Brainfreeze Club.
We’re all about creating a relaxed and approachable space to talk about mental health. Nothing too formal or heavy, just honest conversations that help us understand ourselves and each other better. We run monthly FREE sessions that focus on different aspects of mental health, designed to be engaging and low-key.

This workshop will be a special one as it is the closing of our year. We will have an afternoon with multiple workshops ready for you. More info coming soon!

So, if you’re curious about mental health or just want to find a place where you can learn, connect, and grow, we’d love to have you join us.

We wil always have a snack and drink ready for you during the session!
