Our workshops are every month and hosted by different hosts, regarding the topics. Each session focuses on a different aspect of mental health in a practical, down-to-earth way. Our host will guide you through their expertise. Come Join!

Hi You,We’re The Brainfreeze Club. We’re all about creating a relaxed and approachable space to talk about mental health. Nothing too formal or heavy, just honest conversations that help us understand ourselves and each other better. We run monthly FREE sessions that focus on different aspects of mental health, designed to be engaging and low-key.In 2025, we’re taking things to the next level with: Themes &amp; Topics. Here’s how it works: each year, we’ll focus on 3 major themes. Within each theme, we’ll run 3 workshops that explore specific topics in a practical, down-to-earth way. Think of it as a deeper dive. No worries, you can attend every session on it's own but it would give a more complete overview of the specific theme if you would follow all session regarding this topic.The second theme of this year will be: relationshipsThis months workshop: Understanding the drama triangle: A Path to healthier relationshipsJoin Steve for an eye-opening and interactive workshop where we’ll explore the Drama Triangle, a simple yet powerful framework that helps us understand the unhelpful roles we sometimes slip into in relationships, especially when we feel stuck or powerless.Whether it’s with family, friends, or colleagues, this model can shine a light on our patterns and offer practical ways to shift into more empowered, connected ways of relating.In this workshop, you’ll discover how to:⭐️ Spot patterns that might be holding you back⭐️ Tell the difference between healthy and unhealthy dynamics⭐️ Make more conscious, confident choices in how you relate to others⭐️ Use self-awareness as a tool for clarity, growth, and better boundaries⭐️ Bring more ease, balance, and connection into your everyday relationshipsThis session is perfect for anyone curious about personal growth, emotional insight, and creating more fulfilling relationships, no prior experience needed!
