Do I really have to breathe?

I’d love for you to try and experience it! But no, you’re welcome to simply enjoy the music and the energy flowing through the space. You don’t have to breathe to the rhythm of my music. I’d say give it a try; you can always return to your normal rhythm.

Question 2

Do I need breathwork experience?

Accepted Answer

It’s for everyone! Whether you have no experience at all, are an expert, or somewhere in between. :) By the way, I always say that everyone is an expert, you’ve been breathing since birth, right? ? Come alone, with your friends, your yoga group, or your breathwork club. See you there!

Question 3

Fixed seating? Sitting or lying down?

To create a space for as many beautiful souls as possible, the event will be a seated concert with chairs and church benches. No assigned seats, you can choose your spot when doors open. 50% of the people can sit downstairs, the rest can sit on the first floor. First in line, is first choice seat.

Question 4

Bringing kids?

Accepted Answer

There’s a high chance people will enter a meditative state. So if you want to bring your kids, please consider whether they can remain quiet so that everyone can stay deep in the experience.

Question 5

What to bring?

Accepted Answer

Bring layered clothing so you can adjust to the temperature. Bring a bottle filled with good, structured water :) It will be energised during the concert.

Drinks

The church is selling drinks, and we might also do a cacao stand, so bring some cash.

Question 7

In which language will it be?

Accepted Answer

The language of the heart for sure... and the music speaks for itself. When I speak, it will be in Basic Adrianish English.

Recordings

Accepted Answer

During the concert, recordings will be made. The footage may be used for a video clip  and for the new Breathwork Music App. This means that later you can relive the concert via the app and enjoy breathing at home. We’ll handle the recordings with care.

Want to come, although it's sold out?

If it’s sold out, keep an eye on the special Telegram group, as people might cancel at the last moment. You can check here: https://t.me/breathingconcerts or maybe you can also sell yours at other ticket swap sites.

Can't make it?

Accepted Answer

We cannot refund tickets. You can sell your tickets or give them to someone else. Make sure the person coming can show the tickets. If you want to sell or give them away, we also created a special Telegram group for this: https://t.me/breathingconcerts

The breathwork can create intense physical and emotional experiences. Please ask your doctor if you have cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, glaucoma, recent surgeries, severe mental health conditions, or are pregnant. By participating, you take full responsibility for your wellbeing.
