Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on core strength, flexibility, posture, and mindful movement. You can expect a series of guided exercises, on the reformer that help strengthen and tone your muscles—especially your core.

Not at all! Pilates is great for all fitness levels. Whether you’re a total beginner or already active, the exercises can be modified to suit your needs.

Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothes that allow you to move easily (like leggings and a tank top). Grip socks are recommended (and are included with your ticket!) to help with stability and hygiene.

Absolutely! Our professionally trained Pilates instructor will guide you through every move and offer modifications if needed. You’ll be in great hands.

Yes! Pilates is a gentle but effective way to ease into movement. You’ll be encouraged to go at your own pace, with no pressure

Yes, absolutely! Everyone is welcome, no matter your background or beliefs. While we do play uplifting gospel music and create a Christ-centered atmosphere, our heart is simply to share love, community, and movement with all. You don’t have to be a Christian to attend—we’re just glad you’re here!

Yes, we will be capturing moments through photos and videos to share the experience and memories. If you’re uncomfortable being photographed or recorded, please let us know ahead of time—we completely respect your privacy.
