PriceFee includes lectures, book, materials, lunches and closing drinks (on the last day):<ul><li>£ 990: members of Opportunity Kensington, ATCM, NLA, PCUK Placemaking Europe and PlacemakinX. Please ask us for a code.</li><li>£ 1200: freelancers covering their own costs, non-profits and smaller organisations up to 5 employees.</li><li>£ 1400: organisations of more than 5 employees.</li></ul>*Prices are excluding Eventbrite registration fee. Refund &amp; Cancellation Policy We understand that plans may change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible. Please find our cancellation and refund policy below: Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. In case of cancellation, the following refunds apply:<ul><li>Up to 10 weeks before the event: 75% refund of the total fee paid.</li><li>9 to 6 weeks before the event: 50% refund.</li><li>5 to 4 weeks before the event: 25% refund.</li><li>Less than 4 weeks before the event: 0% refund. </li></ul>No refund will be issued for non-participation or early withdrawal. If the event is cancelled by the organisers, participants will receive a 100% refund. Eventbrite registration fee is non-refundable.
