<h3>Hatch offers immersive learning experiences that help people and companies future-proof themselves in these fast-paced times. </h3><h3>At this Un-Machine Collective-event you will experience:</h3><p>A delicious  lunch created by the chefs at Lobby V </p><p> A high quality wine-tasting with wines from small wineries curated and explained by the sommelier;</p><p>Three inspiring talks on Curiosity;</p><p>Hands on experiments;</p><p>Live music performances presented by our resident artist BLESZ; </p><p>Connecting with like minded , down to earth people who are also curious on what's outside the box.</p>

<h3>Speaker (and collective member): Araz Najarian - ELP Network</h3><p>Araz enables leaders, teams and organisations in being purposeful and relevant. She works with two main types of organisations:The first are those scaling up; they are growing their customer base so fast &amp; onboarding so many newcomers so quickly they need support in creating focus and determining the pace of growth. I help them in building a coalition to setup and realise a critical path and creating the systems, behaviours, practices and mindset needed for execution-as-learning (knowing that as a scaleup, what got you here, won’t get you there).The second are those potentially reaching a growth stall point.
