An embodied ritual at the highest point of the year.Surrounded by nature and a circle of women.Connecting with the wisdom of our wombs and the seasons through ceremony and somatic practice. This is the second edition of The Embodied Woman gathering. This time, we'll get together for Summer Solstice, the peak of the year where nature is in full bloom. This is a time that calls us to connect with our senses and aliveness, to remind our bodies that, even in the midst of healing, we are allowed to enjoy and feel alive. We will celebrate this with an embodied ritual that weaves together women’s trauma-informed nervous system work and ceremony. In her work she guides women in restoring relationship with their bodies and emotions while syncing with their natural rhythms. She's also a mystic deeply connected to nature, weaving the wisdom of the seasons and the elements into her gatherings.
