We look at it honestly and you leave with one clear insight and one concrete action to carry into the next one.
This isn't journalling. It's not a masterclass. It's structured reflection with a skilled facilitator who knows how to ask the questions that surface what's actually going on — operationally and behaviourally. The kind of questions that make the pattern visible.
How it works
The session moves through four stages:
What went well this month. You share it — and you hear others share theirs. More went right than you probably noticed at the time.
What didn't go well. Named plainly, without judgment. The room holds it.
What could have been different — and what would have made it different. This is where the real insight lives. Not what went wrong, but what the pattern is telling you. Sometimes that's immediately clear. Sometimes it takes a few more questions to get there — that's part of what the facilitation is for.
What you'll do differently next month. One action. Specific and yours.
You leave with clarity on where you've been, and a sharper sense of where you're going.
