Just come with one problem you're genuinely stuck on. That's it. You don't need to prepare a pitch, a presentation, or even know in advance what skill you might offer someone else — that becomes clear naturally when you hear what others need.

What if nobody in the room can help with my problem?

It won't go unaddressed. If your problem doesn't find a solution on the day, I'll reach out personally after the session. Between my own experience and the network I've built over 30 years, if I don't know the answer myself I'll know someone who does. Either way, you leave with something useful.

Question 3

How are people matched?

Accepted Answer

When someone shares a problem, others offer to help. I pair people into breakout rooms based on who can genuinely help who — drawing on what I know about each person's business. It's a considered match, not a random one.

Is this only useful if I have a business problem to bring?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the format only works if everyone brings something real. If you're having a good week and nothing's stuck, hold your spot for a session when you genuinely need it.
