Didem Usluer is a marketing transformation leader with 20+ years across the full marketing mix, from brand building and digital marketing to growth strategy and AI-enabled ways of working. She has held senior leadership roles at Philips TV / TP Vision, ETI Food, Sony Mobile, and LG, delivering growth in complex, matrixed environments.
She recently led the [Human + Machine] Elevating Marketing Performance panel at The MarTech Summit Amsterdam. She is a certified AI Governance Professional (AIGP, IAPP), with formal expertise in trustworthy AI strategy, responsible implementation, and governance at scale.
Her focus: Redesigning how marketing functions are built and led with AI.
