This workshop explores creativity, your business beyond remarkable, and increased self-alliance.
Every month, this workshop commences for a small group of business owners/ondernemers/ZZP'ers/freelancers, kunstenaars, and founders, in person, to work through your brands, make small and meaningful changes, and redress creativity for balance.
Core Focus: Make your business stand out while maintaining balance with creativity.
Overview: In a competitive market, it’s not enough to just work hard, you need to offer something authentic, not necessarily new or unheard of prior. This workshop explores with you how to make your business remarkable in a way that resonates with your customers. You’ll also learn how to develop creative habits that keep your business fresh and relevant, without burning out.

- How to move through the mountain of self-doubt and inner allyship and stay focused on what matters.

Meet Justin, Your Facilitator and Business Cheerleader
Justin is a creative and consultant, as well as event and training facilitator with 17 years of experience in reorganizing teams, through change management, leadership development and inner-culture transformation. He has spent nearly 20 years in traditional employment - taking on roles of change and reorganization that were roles created for him, and as a business owners, artists and non-profit project/org developer. He integrates organisational leadership expertise, lived experience, and some change management practices, to help entrepreneurs/solopreneurs or business owners, as well as organisations, thrive through change. He is the starter and nurturer of The Human Prototype Lab, championing collaboration and well-being with other entrepeneurs. Originally from the United States of America, he is an immigrant in the Netherlands. In his spare time, he is an artist, enjoying the process as equally rewarding to the end results.
