Welcome to The Habit Lab powered by CUTESolutions - The Habit Company!

Join us in Transforma BXL on Thursday the 22nd of March and experience one of our 90-minute sessions during this inspiring afternoon. But that's not all, we've also invited 2 guest speakers: Ann De Bisschop (Director Corporate Identity & Wellbeing at Medialaan and author of "Aftellen naar Maandag" and Audrey Taverna (HR Specialist at Proximus and project manager of PRO track).

We can’t control all the stressful inputs we get, but most of us can do so much more within our current reality than we are already doing, to manage our stressors and energy resources more effectively.

After this workshop, you will...
Understand how the mechanics of stress, restoration and energy management work on a basic level and how to use these insights.
Build habits for viewing stress differently, managing stress and tapping into energy resources
