Using Stoic ideas from the Roman Empire as a starting point, we’ll explore how concepts like resilience, emotional control, responsibility, and vulnerability continue to shape men’s health and wellbeing today—for better and for worse.Join us for this conversation where you’re invited to listen, reflect, speak, or simply be present. No prior knowledge of Stoicism is needed—just curiosity and an openness to engage with others in a respectful, informal setting. Tea and coffee provided!
