Most of us are moving fast and feeling nothing. Every Wednesday, we do the opposite.
Most of us move through the week on autopilot: doing, reacting, getting through it.
This practice is meant to train your nervous system to respond differently.
Once a week, we slow down. On purpose. Outside, together, at the pace your nervous system actually needs.
It’s not a workout. It’s not a casual stroll. It’s a structured hour of mindful walking, breathwork, and simple practices that help you reconnect with your body, your brain, and the world around you.
We work with attention, interoception, and the brain-body connection. You’ll notice things. You’ll feel things. You’ll leave clearer than you arrived.
No performance. No rush. Just you, the environment, and a group of people who also needed to slow down.
