Welcome to The Melting Body experience. We have a deeply relaxing, meditative day prepared for you.

Starting at 11am we will begin a guided experience of The Melting Body Method - healing, softening and moving the body from within. We will guide you through an embodied meditative experience accompanied by live music, leading into deep relaxation and a new form of dance.

The Melting Body is an on-going research about how we can slow down, soften and melt into our own bodies, into each other and into our surroundings. Melting on a cellular level. Making love to our surroundings. Becoming one. The Melting Body Method includes two parts:

- Solo - experiencing The Melting Body method on an individual journey.

- Duet - Experiencing The Melting Body Method with a partner, melting in full embrace, moving as one. The duet work can be done in full embrace, as well as with distance.

Following the workshop we will share the Melting Body performance. - With three professional dancers and a musician we started the research of The Melting Body Method in February, resulting in a Melting Body performance. We invite you to join our 3rd performance.

The basis of this work is about experimentation, creation and melting in the moment. Hence every performance will be a different and unique experience.

For those who purchase the Performance ticket only, we ask you to arrive at 17:00.

We invite you to bring a potluck lunch to share.

And we ask you to wear white light comfortable clothing.

We have only a limited number of spaces for this event due to Covid-19, so we ask you to purchase your tickets ahead of time. This is a non-profit, unsubsidised event. All professionals work on a voluntary basis. Ticket sales are a symbolic gift to the performers.

In June 2020 Oase came into existence. The Oase - Natural Arts is an oasis for creativity and consciousness based in the middle of the forest, in the middle of The Netherlands. An oasis for professional dance, theatre, music, poetry, experimentation and meditation.
