<h3>The Art of Employability</h3>While COVID-19 made virtual interviewing a necessary practice, its popularity amongst employers is likely to stick post-pandemic. Virtual interviewing is convenient for employers as it allows for a more efficient interview process, eases scheduling conflicts, saves money, and broadens the candidate pool. Perhaps you find the very concept of selling yourself during a job interview daunting.Would you like to learn some tips and tricks on how to self-promote yourself in a convincing manner?During The Art of Employability workshop, led by our lovely NETWORK member <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/cherry-kent?lipi=urn%3Ali%3Apage%3Ad_flagship3_profile_view_base_contact_details%3BlzuUmEymTFmApVI73c2nwQ%3D%3D" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Cherry Kent</a>, we will review the best ways to be successful during your next virtual interview and discuss, amongst others:<ul><li>Creating and updating your CV to a modern-day standard</li><li>Optimising LinkedIn to assist your job search</li><li>How to manage online interviews and appraisals</li><li>Where to look for jobs in Luxembourg</li></ul>The NETWORK has teamed up with our chosen charity: <a href="https://luxembourg.dressforsuccess.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Dress for Success</a> for this event and we warmly welcome the ladies being supported by them.

<h3>About: <a href="https://luxembourg.dressforsuccess.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Dress for Success - Luxembourg</a> </h3>The mission of Dress for Success is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.There are many ways that NETWORK members can support DFS as they work towards their goals in work and life.Each Dress for Success relies on volunteers to fulfil its mission and provide its crucial services to women. She also delivers university workshops for classes of students preparing to enter the workforce.Cherry is a British and Luxembourgish dual-national, and has been resident in Luxembourg since 2003. Her experience includes ten years working in HR for KPMG and as HR Manager for Clifford Chance in Luxembourg. Prior to moving to Luxembourg, Cherry lived and worked in France, Germany and the UK.She graduated from Keele University with a BA in Human Resources and French, and is an Associate member of the CIPD in the UK (Chartered Institute of Personnel &amp; Development).Cherry is a volunteer mentor with both the Dress for Success and M-ProJ initiatives, supporting women and youth respectively.
