Yes, we have an age restriction of 16+ due to inappropriate language and content. Alcohol will only be served to customers over 18, as is the law in the Netherlands.

What is the best way to reach this venue?

Accepted Answer

Volta is located in between Westerpark, Spaarndammerbuurt and Haarlemmerplein. You bike is your friend, hands down the easiest commute. From Central Station you can take a bus or walk (if you need your 10k steps ;)). It's possible to park behind the venue in Spaarndammerbuurt for roughly €30.

Nice, comedy! Bet you love a good heckle?

Accepted Answer

No, not really :/ At That Comedy Thing we actively discourage heckling. Please don't interrupt the show by shouting out, it's distracting for the comedians and even more so for the audience.

Can I arrive later than the scheduled time?

This show is held in a relatively small venue where entering the show late can interrupt the comedian's performance. We ask you to arrive on time so that you can enjoy the entire show!
