The Power of Movement is a day to get out of that headspace. To move, connect, and remember what we share as people.

Because movement connects where words can’t. It’s simple: when we move, we meet each other differently.

And that’s what this day is about, bringing people together from different backgrounds, stories, and cultures to share space, move, and celebrate joy as a form of resistance.

Here’s what’s happening:

☕ The Gift Lab: During the walk-in, explore our new pop-up shop where impact entrepreneurs sell products that do something good for the world.

🎤 Ask me anything with Abdulaal: A real conversation. Abdulaal, a Sudanese newcomer in the Netherlands, shares his story and answers the kind of questions people rarely get to ask.

💃 Afro dance performance by Manuel & team: A powerful piece about mental health and how movement helps express what words sometimes can’t, interpreted by both professional dancers and newcomers.

🎧 Silent Disco with a Twist: Guided by professional dancers who bring everyone together through short energizers. A DJ closes the day on a high note.

Every ticket supports free dance classes for newcomers. You can join for the full day or just the Silent Disco. Either way, you’ll leave lighter, warmer, and a little more connected.
