Join us for a guided tour of their state-of-the-art facility, where you'll see firsthand how cutting-edge technologies like Machine Learning, autonomous robots, and the innovative Miniload system are transforming production with precise dosing and allergen control.From 15:00 to 17:00, we’ll dive into insightful presentations from experts within our community, exploring how AI and high-tech solutions are driving product innovation and efficiency. This part will also be streamed online.This event is supported by the Province of Noord-Brabant. To wrap up the afternoon, we invite you to a networking session with drinks and bites from 17:00 to 18:00.This event is exclusive to TPC partners! Not a partner yet? We highly recommend joining this tour of Huijbregts' massive and advanced facility! During the tour, you'll see Huijbregts' latest innovation, the Miniload system for efficient dosing and allergen control. They will also showcase their dynamic production environment, where employees work alongside autonomous guided vehicles (AGVs) and mobile robots (AMRs).

Jelle van Miltenburg from Wolk will kick things off by exploring how AI is driving innovation in plant-based product development—highlighting what’s possible, where to begin, and how you can leverage AI in your own work.

Willem Huijbregts (CEO) and Erik van den Nieuwelaar (Innovation Manager) from Huijbregts Groep will share insights on AI’s impact on production efficiency.

Bosco Emparanza Garcia (CEO) from MOA foodtech will share a practical example of how they use AI to in precision fermentation to create high-value protein ingredients—cutting R&D time from months to weeks.

Michele Tufano, PhD Candidate in AI and Computer Vision, will give a quick demo of his AI-powered consumer testing service—revolutionizing product testing for start-ups by drastically reducing costs.
