No, this is a skills-based workshop focused on emotional flexibility. While therapeutic, it does not replace individual therapy.

Will I be expected to share personal experiences?

There will be opportunities for brief personal reflection and sharing, but no extended group conversations will take place. You’re always free to choose how much you share—your comfort and boundaries are respected throughout the workshop.

Will the sessions be recorded?

No, the sessions will not be recorded. To protect the privacy and confidentiality of all participants, live attendance is required.

Question 4

What if I miss a session?

Accepted Answer

If you miss a session, there will be no financial or time compensation, but you are welcome to continue attending the remaining sessions.

Can I pay per session?

Accepted Answer

No, it is not possible to pay per session. The RIO Workshop is a structured complete program, where each session builds on the previous one. To fully benefit from the method, participation in all three sessions is essential.

Is it possible to continue with individual support or therapy after the workshop?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Participants who wish to explore personal themes more deeply are welcome to continue with individual psychological support. This is subject to availability and based on whether individual therapy is considered an appropriate next step.
