October 2 - Session 1: Recognition
Learn mindfulness techniques to observe and accept your internal experiences without judgment.
October 9 - Session 2: Insight
Discover what your emotions are telling you and how they connect to your values.
October 16 - Session 3: Openness
Cultivate the ability to make space for discomfort while focusing on what truly matters.
