Life happens—missing a month is okay. You’re still held in the circle’s rhythm and can stay connected through our community exchange. This circle is a commitment to yourself and our shared space; consistency nourishes depth and care. Reach out anytime for support.

Do I need to prepare for the session?

Once you register, you’ll get a welcome email with the Zoom link and tips for preparing your space. It includes suggestions for creating comfort, what to have on hand, and small touches to make the session more enriching and fully support your experience.

Can I drop in for a single session?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can drop in for a single session to get a feel for the space via the Eventlink. The Sanctuary is rooted in trust, rhythm, and relationship, which deepen over time. A single circle offers a taste, but the real medicine unfolds through steady, month-by-month presence.

Do I need to be a coach or space-holder to join the Sanctuary?

Not at all. Embodied leadership isn’t a job title — it’s how you move through life. If you’re BIPOC, seeking community, and ready to show up for yourself, the Sanctuary is a place for you to belong and be held.
